A cap-sleeve shift dress cut in two halves: a flecked navy bodice with a dropped waist, and a plain cobalt skirt with slant pockets. The neckline and sleeves are bound in cobalt with a thin white pipe, and the dress opens at the back. The kind of dress that goes to a birthday lunch and then straight to the playground.
