A sleeveless button-front dress in pale blue with an oversized cream collar bound in red and tied with a red ribbon, two heart-shaped pockets edged in the same red, and a cream ruffle hem with a red border. The Amelia name is stitched at the yoke. A party dress that also survives the party.

Gently worn, and it shows a little: the fabric has softened and creased through the body and the ruffle, the collar sits a touch relaxed, and there are a few small marks on the fabric — photographed so you can see them.
